We're having a baby!

Hi there!

It's taken me forever to get on this blog and announce the news. But our miracle has been growing in my belly healthy and strong and will actually be here in 47 days!

I've started a new blog called Loving Jax. It's a blog I started as a diary to our little boy (that's right we're have a boy!). I wanted him to have a place where he could read about the journey of our pregnancy and then a place where he can see how he's grown so beautifully I'm sure.

Hi there. My name is Taina and I'm a lover of life! I embrace the good and the bad, learning from it all and accepting life as it’s given to me. In 2010, I married an amazing man who brings joy to my life every single day and still gives me butterflies every time I see him. He’s my rock. My best friend. About two years ago we began our journey of wanting to grow our family but life had another plan for us so instead we began a longer and what I’ve now come to call a more “special” journey, the journey of becoming parents through IVF. It's not what we had planned, it's not a road we thought we would ever have to travel, but it's our reality and the life we plan on embracing and overcoming. This blog is a place for me to voice our journey and the life that comes along with it. A place for the pretty and the ugly, the ups and the downs. A place where families going through the very same thing can come to find comfort, support and positivity. This isn't something we've chosen for ourselves but it's something we'll get through together.
